The RSVP team of staff and volunteers serve together in order to communicate the invitation into a relationship that God extends to every person everywhere, through faith in Jesus. Each of our staff and volunteer leaders have experienced the life-altering difference that accepting that invitation makes in our own lives and are committed to passing on this very Good News! We are growing in faith and excited about investing in the lives of others.

Our staff team have chosen to dedicate their lives to inviting, inspiring and investing in others on their journey of faith, through full-time vocational ministry roles at RSVP. They are a talented, committed team and it is my great privilege to work with each one. We live and work from various locations across the country, with directors often available to speak and equip groups in your area, in Canada and beyond. Our administrative hub is located in Eastern Ontario.

Donna Lamothe
Donna lives to share the life altering message of faith and hope in Jesus to all generations and was commissioned by the board to pioneer change at RSVP. She gives oversight to the ministry, bringing pastoral and vocational para-church leadership as well as governance and management accounting experience and education to her role. Donna created the RSVP inSPIRE Journey resources.
Director of inLight Bible Studies & Prayer
Barbara Fuller
Barbara is developing and overseeing the newly formed inLight Bible Study ministry at RSVP. As a former minister, overseas missionary and seminary graduate, Barbara has written the first two studies on the Gospel of John and is currently writing a third study. She leads our foundational prayer ministry and continues a life-long pursuit to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

Paul Moignard
Paul combines the creative talents of a skilled artist with an expertise and knack for technology. With over 15 years of experience in the professional design industry, he designed our fabulous logo and is largely responsible for the look and feel of our resources and communication. He manages our website and our creative partnerships. Paul has led teams to introduce young people to Jesus in many countries around the world.

Shirley Richardson
Shirley serves, supports and encourages Connection groups across Canada with passion, planning and purpose. She wholeheartedly champions and challenges our "baby boomer & beyond" generation, inspiring all to meaningful journeys of faith and mission. Raised as a pastor’s kid and working primarily from her heritage farm office in Ontario, she passes on a family legacy of sharing Jesus.

Deborah Jean
New to our ministry, Deborah is enthusiastically taking on the job of caring for both our administration and finances in our Ontario office. She was born in Quebec and was raised speaking both English & French, has owned and run her own businesses, and is thrilled to participate in bringing people to transforming experiences in Christ through RSVP initiatives.
Our Board
Our Board of Directors governs our ministry, providing financial and ministry oversight. The Board is composed of independent individuals from across the country who are not relatives of staff, and are not compensated. They collaborate on vision, give strategic input, ensure compliance with charity standards and that all business is conducted with integrity, in order to bring glory to God.
